          Enterprise Sales Module
The active cycle, complete and effective
       The sales module of the Enterprise system allows the management of all the phases of the active cycle of a glassworks. With the sales module, operators are able to manage the entire sales flow from the offer to the invoice via commercial orders, transport documents and PDOs.
Sales prices are automatically calculated during order entry according to the conditions assigned to the customer and, if necessary, can be easily changed at any time or set manually.
Invoice data can be exported in XML (electronic invoicing) format or sent to any other accounting program. A wide range of reports for generating sales statistics is also included.
The management of order entry is shared with all Enterprise products: a simple, fast and intuitive interface in which the Geo-Way shapes management module or more advanced graphic tools such as CAD-Way are integrated.
All the inserted pieces are displayed in real scale and with graphic support for the selective and punctual assignment of processes.
Enterprise Sales is perfectly integrated and overlapped with the production module: once confirmed, sales orders are automatically converted into production orders for the creation of batches and orders.
The monitoring and progress of the production phase by phase with the GMC-Monitor module is also reported within the commercial orders: each office operator can follow in real time the evolution of the production and be informed about the real status of each product.
