       • Significant time savings in the assembly phase (glasses from the same panel will always be immediately available or close to each other).
• Reduction in the risk of scratches or glass breakage caused by moving or manually rearranging the racks (there is nothing to move, everything is already sorted)
• Clear visualization at both line loading and unloading
• Tracking of shipped racks with entry in the delivery note and immediate
view of the allocation of the fleet of racks to customers. • Automatic warning in case of non-return

Additional Modules
The organisation of shipping racks simple and efficient
The management of delivery racks has always been a painful point for glassworks: poorly used and often half-empty racks, the need for manual reordering, loss of racks are just some of the most common problems.
The Delivery-Rack module makes it possible to efficiently organize the entire shipment management and related production flows. Through this module we are able to define the loading sequences of the glass panes to be shipped, sorting by zone, tour, customer, order and size, selecting the most suitable type of delivery rack and then reporting the relative sequences to the optimization program for the use of both traditional and harp racks.
The program is also able to send the required production sequence to the insulating glass production line and to communicate bidirectionally with supervisory programs of sorting systems for the storage of semi-finished products.
With the GMC-Monitor module, it is possible to confirm the loading sequence of the racks (with the possibility of having several racks active at the same time) and to print packing lists and labels per pallet.
