Optima S.r.l. has recently signed an important strategic partnership with the company R.O. S.r.l. from Turin, well- known Italian software house which operates from long time, same as Optima do, in software applications for the glassworks sector and supplier of important nationals and internationals brands.
This transaction will not affect the assets and strategies of the two companies, which over the years have led to excellent results for both, but wants to increase synergies and improve the knowledge acquired by joining forces for developing new solutions and for the improvement of existing software, so to face the world market with new energy and greater competitiveness.
Optima goal is to become a market leader in its sector and to be able to compete against the major global player.
