Remote assistance

A dedicated service through which our techinician can remotely connect with your desktop to evaluate and quickly solve problems that are difficult to manage on the phone. To access this service you need a PC with an Internet connection, Windows XP or later versions and a software, that requires no installation, that can be downloaded by clicking on the icon shown here.
This special assistance service is reserved for our subscriber customers or accessible for a fee.
